Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává problematiku ilegitimity v období raného novověku. Za použití metod mikrohistorie, "gender history" a historické antropologie popisuje osudy svobodných matek a jejich partnerů a jejich kontakt s ilegitimitou. Opomenuta nebyla ani otázka sociální kontroly a možnosti jejího selhání stejně jako právní a lékařské hledisko.

 

Female fornicators and mothers in the role of murderers. The unmarried mothers from the 16th to the 19th century

The research deals with the problems of illegitimacy in the early modern period. The destiny of unwed mothers and their partners along with their contact of illegitimacy is described using the methods of: Micro - history, gender history, as well as historical antropology. Research indicates that there is a problem with social checks and the possibility of this phenomen being flawed. Likewise the legal and medical point of view are left out.
