Proměny fenoménu domova v české kultuře přelomu 19. a 20. století

Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem domova v české kultuře přelomu 19. a 20. století. Práce se snaží odhalit významové proměny domova (vlast, rodina, dům, kraina...) dynamiku domova (vznik a zánik), vztah jedince k domovu (nemoc domova, teplo domova), dobové chápání tohoto pojmu. Heuristicky se práce opírá zejména o prameny osobní povahy a literární prameny, které jsou doplněny prameny ikonografickými a normativními. Zkušenost jednotlivce je zde konfrontována s uměleckou představou a s idejemi, myšlenkami a nařízeními ukrytými v soudobých textech. Cílem práce je zachytit vnímání fenoménu domova, jeho konotací a proměn, českou společností v časovém úseku od poloviny 19. století do počátku 1. světové války.

 

This diploma thesis concerns of home phenomenon in the Czech culture at the break of 19th and 20th century. Thesis tries to reveal meaning transformations of home (native country, family, house, landscape...), dynamism of home (inception, extinction), relationship of individual to home (disease of home, warm of home), era´s understanding this conception. Heuristically, the thesis bases mostly on the sources of the personal character and literary sources, which are complemented with the sources iconographical and normative. Experience of individual is confronted with artistic concept and with ideas, thougts and directions hidden in contemporary texts. The goal of this thesis is to capture the perception of the home phenomenon, its connotation and transformations, by the Czech society in the time period from the half of the 19th century to the beginning of the 1st World War.
