Libuše Bráfová-Riegrová

Předkládaná práce na téma Libuše Bráfová-Riegrová s podtitulem Poslední obyvatelka MacNevenova paláce ze zabývá životopisem této ženy - vnučky Františka Palackého, mladší dcery Františka Ladislava Riegra a ženy prvního českého profesora národohospodářství Albína Bráfa. Hlavním cílem je ukázat každodenní život ve společensky významné rodině zejména na základě korespondence a osobních pramenů, dochované jak v osobním fondu Libuše Bráfové-Riegrové, tak i v pozůstalostech nejbližších příbuzných v Archívu Národního muzea v Praze.

V první kapitole jsou stručně vylíčeny dějiny domu, v němž žila Riegrova a posléze i Bráfova rodina až do narození Libuše Bráfové-Riegrové. Následující tři kapitoly popisují dvacet osm let jejího života od narození až po svatební den. Šestá kapitola je věnována manželství Libuše a Albína Bráfových a poslední zahrnuje život vdovy až do její smrti.

 

Presented work on the theme Libuše Bráfová-Riegrová with the subtitle The last inhabitant of the MacNeven palace engages in a biography of this woman - the granddaughter of František Palacký, the daughter of František Ladislav Rieger and the wife of the first Czech professor of the national economy Albín Bráf. The main aim (objective, target) of this diploma work is to show (expose) the daily life in a socialy noted family, especially on the basis of the personal source (fountain) and the correspondence preserved in a personal fund of Libuše Bráfová-Riegrová as well as in an inheritance of the closest relatives in the Archives of the National museum in Prague.

In the first chapter is briefly accounted history of the house where the Rieger´s family lived till the birth of Libuše Bráfová-Riegrová. Next three parts describe twenty-eight years of her life untill the wedding day. The fifth chapter is devoted to the mariage of Libuše Rieger and Albín Bráf. The last part includes the rest of her life - widow´s life - to her death in March 1930. This diploma work presents the first comprehensive biography of Libuše Bráfová-Riegrová.
