Sportovní organizace v malém a velkém městě (TJ Sokol v Moravských Budějovicích a v Jihlavě od vzniku do roku 1938)

Diplomová práce se zabývá sportovními organizacemi ve dvou městech z kraje Vysočina. Malým městem jsou myšleny Moravské Budějovice a velkým Jihlava. Ze sportovních organizací je práce zaměřená především na Tělovýchovnou jednotu Sokol. V první kapitole je nastíněn vznikl TJ Sokol na našem území. Dále je pozornost věnována jednotlivým městům. V obou případech je v první řadě celkové zhodnocení vývoje spolkové činnosti ve městech se zaměřením na organizace sportovní. Hlavní část je věnována samotným sokolským jednotám od jejich vzniku v jednotlivých městech po rok 1938. Práce se snaží přiblížit způsoby jejich práce, historii, činnost tělocvičnou, ale i kulturní, vzdělavatelskou a vliv důležitých historických událostí na chod jednot. V poslední kapitole jsou vytyčeny hlavní mezníky obou jednot a provedena komparace. Práce se pokouší podat ucelený obraz činnosti těchto spolků a zhodnotit jejich vliv na kulturní a společenské dění ve městech od jejich vzniku po rok 1938.

 

Sports organisations in a big and a small town (The Sokol Union organisations in Moravské Budějovice and Jihlava from origination to the year 1938)

The thesis deals with sporting organizations in two cities of Vysočina district. As the town Moravské Budějovice and as the city Jihlava are regarded. First of all the thesis focuses on The Sporting association Sokol. In the first chapter an origin of Sporting Association Sokol in this area is outlined.Then particular cities are noted. In both examples the overall assessment of associating activites of these two cities is emphasised. The main part is devoted to the assocations from their beginning up to the year 1938. The thesis approaches means of the work, history, sporting, cultural and educational function or the history-contextual influence. In the last chapter the main terminuses of both associations are underlined. The thesis would like to give the compact sight of the actions of theses two associations and evaluate their influence of cultural and social events in the cities up to the year 1938.
