Diplomov� pr�ce Brat�i Boh��ov�, um�lci z po�umavsk� Volyn� si klade za �kol, zrekonstruovat v co nejv�rn�j�� podob� �ivotn� osudy t�� sourozenc� - v�tvarn�k�, kte�� cel� sv�j �ivot zasv�tili um�n�. Tato pr�ce je pokra�ov�n�m d�la na�at�ho diplomovou prac� Hany Dobe�ov�, kter� se zam��ila na d�lo brat�� Boh���, zat�mco tato se zam��uje na jejich �ivotn� cestu. Brat�i Boh��ov�, poch�zej�c� ze strakonick�ho regionu, sv�m d�lem v�ak tento region v�razn� p�esahuj�, ale i p�esto byli nedocen�ni a nepr�vem odsouzeni k zapomn�n�. A p�itom byli v�znamn�mi pedagogy, nadan�mi v�tvarn�ky, citliv�mi restaur�tory a celo�ivotn�mi tv�rci snad nejv�t�� n�rodopisn� sb�rky u n�s.

 

Boh�� Brothers, Artists from Volyn� under �umava

The diploma work "Brat�i Boh��ov�", the artists from Volyn� under �umava sets an aim on a biography reconstruction - as trustsworthy as possible - of three brothers - artists who dedicated all their lives to art. This work is a continuation of the one started by Hana Dobe�ov� who intended on their work whereas this work is intended on their life ways. Brothers Boh��ov� came from the Strakonice region but owergroved it significantly - neverthless were appreciatled and unjustly fell into oblivion. And at the same time they were meaningful pedagogues, talented artists, sensitive restorers and lifelong creators of possibly biggest ethnic collection in our country.
