Činnost klatovského gestapa v letech 1939-1942

Diplomová práce s názvem "Činnost klatovského gestapa v letech 1939-1942" si klade za hlavní cíl popsat organizaci, funkci a metodiku německé Státní tajné policie, která měla své sídlo v Klatovech během nacistické okupace českých zemí v letech 1939-1945. Mapuje systém a styl práce gestapa, popisuje nejdůležitější odbojové organizace v regionu a zachycuje fragmenty jejich vzájemného boje. Zvýšený důraz je kladen na události spojené s nástupem zastupujícího říšského protektora SS Obergruppenführera Reinharda Heydricha a následnou Heydrichiádou, kdy na popravišti v Lubech u Klatov položilo své životy 73 obyvatel regionu. Jsou zde také zachyceny akce paradesantů vyslaných z Velkých Británie, proti nimž aktivně zasahovali příslušníci klatovského gestapa. Opomenuta není ani problematika genocidní politiky nacistické okupační správy se všemi jejími důsledky týkajících se příslušníků židovského národa v Klatovech a okolí.

 

My thesis named "The activity of Gestapo in Klatovy in the years 1939-1942" tries to describe functioning, organization and behaviour of Gestapo, i. e. Secret State Police in Germany (German: Geheime Staatspolizei), which resided in Klatovy during the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia during the years 1939-1945. It surveys the system and organisation of Gestapo, its main anti-fascist resistance groups and organisations in the region and their conflicts and armed fighting. The main point is accession of the second important man to Himmler - obergruppenführer (SS Brigadier General) Reinhard Heydrich and the short period after his death in Czech language called "Heydrichiáda" when 73 citizens of the Klatovy region were shot dead in Luby near Klatovy. Other points of my thesis are genocide politics of the Nazis with its consequences concerning the Jews in Klatovy and nearby villages, and Gestapo of Klatovy effectively interfering with British paratroopers.
